Yaakov Leiser
Principal
Yaakov Leiser is a founding principal of ICONIC. His responsiblities include sourcing and financing real estate transactions.
Prior to co-founding ICONIC, Mr. Leiser spent nearly a decade financing commercial real estate transactions at Deerwood Capital and Walker & Dunlop. Mr. Leiser specialized in the office and industrial asset classes and previously helped clients through their acquisition life-cycles including the placement of debt and equity.
Mr. Leiser holds an MBA with a concentration in finance from Seton Hall University.
Zack Schwartz
Principal
Zack Schwartz is a founding principal of ICONIC. He is responsible for sourcing and negotiating real estate transactions, investor relations and asset management. Prior to founding ICONIC, Zack was Vice President of Capital Markets at Walker Dunlop. Mr. Schwartz built on his CRE capital markets background and has established a unique approach to identifying quality acquisitions and building relationships.
